Who is Grimsey Wealth Private Office Pty Ltd?

Grimsey Wealth Private Office Pty Ltd (ACN 695 675 739) is an Australian Financial Services Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 1320151) of Grimsey Wealth Pty Ltd, providing wholesale wealth advisory services.

When you engage GWPO to perform services, there will be Specific Terms relating to those services. Those Specific Terms operate alongside these Terms of Use; however, if there is any inconsistency, the Specific Terms prevail.

Any financial services (including financial product advice or other financial services) provided by GWPO are provided under the authorisation of Grimsey Wealth Pty Ltd, holder of AFSL No. 293334.

GWPO does not provide credit services under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).

General Advice Warning

The Website provides general information only, including information about GWPO, its services, and general financial, tax, wealth management and economic topics.

No client–adviser relationship created

Your use of the Website and the receipt of any information from GWPO does not create a client‑adviser relationship.

Our use of the terms ‘Director’ and ‘Adviser’

On this Website:

• The term “Director” denotes seniority within the firm. It does not necessarily mean the person is an officer under the Corporations Act definition, although some may be.
• The terms “adviser” or “senior adviser” denote position or seniority. They do not necessarily mean the individual is a “financial adviser” or “financial planner” as defined by s923C of the Corporations Act, although some may be.
