GWPO prioritises the security of your personal information and the safety of your money. You can contribute to online security by having a basic understanding of online safety and sensibility. Below is some useful information to help you manage your online communications and transactions with GWPO.
If we become aware of any scams or frauds perpetrated under our name, we will endeavour to raise awareness of this illegal activity on this page as soon as possible.
Be aware of emails or pop‑ups that purport to be authored or sent by GWPO that:
The same applies to any phone calls you receive where the caller claims to represent GWPO.
If any of the above applies to a communication you receive, and/or you are suspicious of the communication, then do not divulge the requested information or comply with any instructions.
Do not reply, do not click links, do not open attachments.
If possible, take a screenshot of the communication.
If it is a phone call, end the call immediately without providing information.
Please contact a GWPO staff member as soon as possible to report this.
Any legitimate GWPO email will always end in @gwpo.com.au.
If you receive an email from someone claiming to be from GWPO but the address does not end in @gwpo.com.au:
Please call a GWPO staff member to inform them as soon as possible.
Any legitimate GWPO invoices will be sent via an email ending in @gwpo.com.au.
GWPO will never:
a. Invoice you through SMS or instant messaging applications
b. Request a payment to us, the ATO or any third party via email
c. Request or provide personal details (including bank details) via email
